Terms of use

You can use Pulse Map to discover, share, and publish legitimate events. You cannot: impersonate a venue, post fake or misleading events, systematically scrape content, or attempt to bypass our technical limits.

You retain rights in what you publish. You grant us a non-exclusive worldwide license to display your content inside Pulse Map and its promotional channels (screenshots, press quotes). The license ends when you delete the content.

Subscriptions are monthly or annual, billed via Stripe. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds, except where we're at fault.

We can remove an event, suspend an account, or decline a venue verification if you breach these terms. We'll tell you why when we do.

🟡 Standard limitation-of-liability clause (to be finalized with counsel). Short version: we do our best, but Pulse Map is provided "as is" and we're not liable for events run by third parties.

We can change these terms; you'll get at least 30 days' notice for substantive changes. If you disagree, you can close your account before the change takes effect.

Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montreal.
